Hi, I am only 13 years old and I'm having surgery done on my foot. I have a bunion on each foot and I'm going to have my right bunion removed in 3 days. My doctor only told me that i'm going to have 2 screws and a pin sticking out. But in the youtube videos i'm watching it's showing a pin and 4 rods sticking out of the foot. & I'm scared because the doctor didnt tell me anything about the rods. So i'm thinking that I probably will not have the rods. But if there is anyone that had experience about bunion surgery, could you's either give me adivce, a website to look at, or even a youtube video??? Please help.
