When I was in Jr. High school (about 1997-1999) I read a book which I cannot forget but I cannot remember the title. It was a science fiction book written from a girl's perspective. She is on a space ship headed for some planet. On the ship, all of the children are growing up together. At one point, the girl comments about other girls who are displaying shapely bodies before she does. I believe there was one character, who was a boy a couple years younger than the main character, named Brock (or something close to that). I've tried searching google, but I can't really come up with much. It sounds like it is similar to a book called Earthseed, but I don't think that it is that. Please help.
