I watched this Hong Kong drama when I was young, and fell in love with it. However, I do not know what the name of it is. I think I watched it about 10 years ago or so, if not less. I do know the synopsis though. The girl has asthma and the guy is the only one who can make her asthma attacks deplete by doing a handstand (thus, making her laugh). I also remember a lottery ticket and how she won it. In addition, another man who had bad intentions asks her to marry him because he secretly wanted the money she gained from the lottery ticket. However, when he found out that she donated to charity, he was enraged.
At the end of the drama, the cast was at the front/back of the boat. He proposes to her and I specifically remember everyone clapping and saying "kiss her! kiss her!"
