i recently bought a toshiba satellite laptop which came with faults so i had to send it back for repairs. (just past the 2 week replacement period). after 8 days without a computer toshiba repair center called me to tell me they found and fixed the faults. when it was returned i found all the faults are still there and still just as bad. due to a high work load at the moment i need to use my computer every day so sending it off for another 8 days is out of the question. can i demand a replacement because they didn't fix the faults or at least that they give me another computer to work on while they "repair" my one again?
