please help me deal with this..i just found out that he is out of jail!?

I was raped when i was 13 and i had a baby because of it. the guy that raped me was in jail by my fourth month of pregnancy. I just found out a week ago that he is now out of jail!!! I got a phone call from him(i dont have a clue how the hell he got my cell phone number) saying that he wants to see his child and "take on a fatherly role"! i don't want him near either of my children, but i am scared that since he found my cell number that he will find me. How can i keep my kids same from him? i am a minor so i can not file a restraining order on him without my mother's signature and she will not have anything to do with me no matter what. is there anything else i can do? please help me. i don't want to see him and i dont want my kids to know him at all. is there anything the police can do right now, if he has not done anything to me since he has been out of jail, or does he have to do something first?
 
If your parents are not in your life you are considered Independent...you have kids. Call the prosecutor and tell him about this now....

You CAN get a restraining order....call the cops and the prosecuting attorney and tell them the circumstances and ask what can be done....

OK FIRST TO HELP YOU COULD TRY TO STAY AT DIFFRENT PLACES AT A TIME CAL THE POLICE TO TRACK HIS CELL NUMBER SO THEY CAN AREST THAT PERVERTED FUCK TRY TO STAY AT PLACES WERE HE WONT KNO LIKE AT UR FRIENDS HOUSES AND U NEED TO TALK TO YOUR MOM ABOUT THIS BEG HER AND IF SHE DOESNT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS THEN SHES A BITCH
