Please help me achieve my desired weight.?

I'm 15 years old, 157cm tall (5 ft 2in) and I weigh 125 lbs. I have lots of excess (flabby) fat on my thighs and especially around my stomach area ( I HAVE LOVEHANDLES ) :( I eat a small bowl of cheerios/special k for breakfast, occasionally have a handful of nuts or maybe a piece of fruit around 11am and then a chicken or tuna salad (with a non creamy dressing) and then a light dinner everyday.
I go to the gym or exercise every second day usually. BUT I DON'T LOSE WEIGHT!! NOTHING WORKS.
I have tried starving myself, exercising loads and loads of different things but I just don't lose weight. I tried talking to my mother but she just gets angry so I don't know what to do now and I need help please? Thank you
