Please help jeep wont run?

our 91 Jeep wrangler wont run when its cold outside (example if its 45* outside) all it will do is skip and sputter then turn off and the spark plugs will be fouled but like right now it is 59* outside and it started. When it wont start it acts like a carburetor but it is fuel injected. we have changed all of the sensors. What else could it be? Please someone help us we are running out of ideas.
 
keep it in a garage where cold and wind wont be so bad. have you tried fuel injector cleaner? cleaned and gapped the plugs? idk? good luck.
 
This year wrangler has a cap and rotor. You may have a bad cap and rotor, this will cause the power to not reach the the sparkplugs. Try chaging the cap and rotor.
