i cant remember that much about it though
its a cartoon/ animated, it kinda has a surrealism feel
the people in the movie are really tall and skinny
they walk through a checkered black and white floor
i cant remember if they talked or not so it could have been a silent cartoon?
i remember this guy gets put into jail and he has like them old sort of weights locked onto his ankle
and them spiral things thats are supposed to hypnotise you that spin round and round that was in it
i watched it when i was really little so i dont remember that much
my mum said she thinks it had classical music in the background
pretty sure i can remember the girl in a really long black and white stripped dress
she may have been a princess
