**PLEASE HELP?**Is that paint that you use on t shirts called craft paint?

If you're talking about screen printing t-shirts, then you can use various types of paint (tempura, latex, oil-based, etc) mixed with a little Mop and Glo. That sinks into the fabric and stains it well enough that it doesn't just come out after a few washes.
 
It can be called "craft paint" but there are lots of different kinds of craft paint. What you have to ask for is fabric paint or textile paint if it's going to work well on tee's!! ; )
