I got a ticket for having an excesivly loud stereo system and I got my car search and the officer found a counterfeit bill. He said he would just take it off my back and that's all. My friend made 1 bill at my house once when I wasn't paying atention and left the bill in my car. The only ticket I got was for the loud music and I have to go to court. Would he maybe bring up the counterfeit money in court for the loud music ticket or is that not legal. Please help

Get a lawyer. Prosecution is required to disclose all evidence against you. You are entitled to know the charges. If counterfeiting is involved, I assure you it won't be prosecuted in a county or circuit court. It will be in a Federal Court. The venue you show up in is a pretty good indicator of whether the counterfeiting is on the menu. Either way, bad juju messing with US currency.

well if the officer said that this isn't a problem and you won't get in trouble when he first issued you a fine then he can not bring it up in court as it is misleading and and it is compulsory for officers to tell you.
