So my dog knocked my phone off my bed into a cup of water. I would turn on and the screen would flash after that and then it would just turn off. So I let it sit in some rice for, like, ever. Basiclly now it turns onto the screen it makes when I first turn it on and in the corner is says "ARM9 only" and it won't move from there. The light does not flicker or anything just won't move from that screen.
What does the ARM9 only mean??
And how can I get it to move and continue with the turning process of the phone??
I tried taking the battery out and putting it back in but it just goes to the same thing.
