Please help, I would like to use yahoo chat but I am unable to access it ?

I cannot find yahoo chat rooms, I can't seem to get passed the page that gives you tips on chatting safely. I have tried every approach I can think of but to no avail. I know from using the site many years ago that it was once easy but things have changed, I am finding little to no
help on the site itself. All help greatly appreciated.
