I want to become a model, and the only way I can do this is if I slim down on my thighs and butt.
Naturally for me, they are bigger than they should be (I'm a pear shape), and when I flex my thigh muscles, it seems like there is hardly any fat there... But there has to be...
Please help!
I DO NOT Want to build muscle, that is the last thing I need. I just want to get rid of the fat and slim down, about 5 cm at least from my hip measurement.
So which exercises exactly should I do? And how often, etc.
