To make A LONG story short
this boy pushed my friend because she kept following him and wanted to be left alone...
it was wrong but for it they charged him with breech of peace, third degree assault, and stranglment cause she exaggerated on the police statement.
My two questions are
if she comes clean about the exaggerations can he possibly get a less serious punishment, as in like probation or house arrest since he has a clean record
my next question is since the girl lied on it, shell obviously get in trouble
but if she says that she was scare and angry and not thinking do you think theyll just make her pay a fine?
She is a minor- 17
He isnt- 18
