...weeks and nothings changed? Im 14 so I don't do the shopping so I haven't much say in what I eat.For the past 2 weeks iv been trying to lose weight but iv just found out that all iv lost was 2 pounds.
This is what i usually eat.
Breakfast: a bowl of rice krispies.(171 kal)
Lunch: a special K bar.(90 Kal)
Dinner: what ever my mum cooks (not that unhealthy) max 600 Kal
Snacks:Apple, banana, 2 rivita crackers, a cup of tea.
I haven't lost any weight and its making me really upset.
Could it be because im not overweight? Im 112 pounds and 5'3
What should I eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner?
