please help!! I have some doubts on the style of walking.?

I would like to ask a few questions about it:
1)If a person gets used to a particular style of walking, is it possible to change that style intentionally?
2)Is there any relation between the weight of a person and the style of walking?(can the style of walking be improved, if the weight is reduced?)
What I believe is that the style of walking is naturally created and it is not possible to change it even if a person intends.Because walking style is unintentional as the way of sleeping, eating etc..Am I right? Please, I need the answers for my questions.Somebody help..
