Please help i have really bad pain in the palm of my hand. I really need so advice.?

I was playing some softball with my friends and l was hitting. Well I hit it in a bad spot and it made my palm swell. My arm has some numbness and i cant grip things well. Also its very painful and its wrost when i twist it right. It's my right hand any help would help greatly. Should I be worried or will it go away its self. Thank you for the help.
