...rang out of warrenty? on the 7th january this year, and has only done 26,000 miles. of these only 13k are mine. i bought the car as a 2nd owner from the suzuki dealer for £6000 on the 8th january 2008. Suzuki are saying there is nothing they can do as it has rang out of warrenty although they said they would do a good will deal on the labour costs (which says to me that they are admitting there is a fault, for them to agree this?). The car is making an awful noise when driving and since this has bin happening ( about a week) the clutch is getting very tight.
I believe that there is a fault with the gearbox and that the car is not fit for the purpose but i rerally need some advice quickly as my main job is self employed and i need my vehicle for work!!!! thankyou.
