Ok, i've been taking strattera 40 mgs in a capsule for a long time. This week i've been taking 60 mgs and now it's triggering an episode. I'm bipolar i with psychotic features and adhd. The doctors office isn't open tomorrow and all I have are 60 mgs in the capsule. Can I by chance take the capsule apart, and pour some of the stuff out, put it back together then take it? Because if I keep taking these 60's the way they are, i'm going to have to be hospitalized. And I do not want to go through that. Please help. I'll give you the link of the pill i'm taking.
