easy answer; build nothing for 2-3 yrs. The entire nation is
overbuilt for now.

Start out changing a dormant manuf building into a
solar ENERGYmanufacturer.

and then, when dormant buildingss are occupied and more
building is needed, THEN build an updated blg for this
manufacturing "plant."

...IDEAS. HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!? I have a land-use debate, and need ideas. The area is the APEX building. I believe it is 14 acres. It is in Sandusky, Ohio. Yes, that is where Cedar Point is. This building is 2 or 3 miles away from Cedar Point. The land's zoning is GM (general manufacturing) and the future zoning is Commercial. This land is also along the water. ANY IDEAS ARE APPRECIATED. COME UP WITH AS MANY AS POSSIBLE. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!
