I have a 4 month old german shepherd puppy. We got him during the winter months so he hasn't had much socialization yet except on his daily walks running into other dogs and afew peopl at a distance. With the weather warming up, I have tried to take him to the parks and it did NOT go well. He is very scared of people approaching him (as to be expected) and even new peopl in our house now. I realize it is because this is a new situation for him HOWEVER I need help in fixing this matter. I love this dog and do not want him to bite anyone who is not a threat. How can I work with him and get him to be a nice freindly dog to other people in our home or in public places. PLEASE HELP!!
