Please help!! I had sex 4 weeks postpartum and i dont know whats goin on!?

I tore while givin birth to my son but at 4 weeks postpartum i was ready for sex. my husband and i have had sex a few times now and ever since we started havin sex again ive had some discharge (brownish red) only when i wipe after using the bathroom along with itching in my vaginal opening. i know this sounds gross but i am so scared. has this happen to anyone?
 
i know exactly what you are talking about. I had my son a little over two months ago but i didnt tear i got cut. that brownish red is normal. its the end of your bleeding. your gonna stop really soon.
