My brother that lives in nevada hes 18 and he had a girlfriend and shes actully 14 but she told him she was 16 (legal age of consent in nevada) he got her pregnant by acccident and she told him she was lying about her age. she said she will keep it a secret that he was the dad so that means she would take care of the baby her self but my brother really wants to be there for her and take responsibility for his actions but he doesnt know how to with out getting caught and going to jail for years. so when she turns the legal age of consent can he own up to being the dad with out getting in trouble for the past or could he still get in trouble. and also is there anything else he can do to help take care of the baby when its born?
