please help!!!!!!!! i cut myself a fringe and its gone totally wrong!!!?

i was really fed up with my boring hair so i cut a side fringe but it looks stupid! i have clipped it back now but i dont want to keep doing this until it grows back!
also im seeing my guy in about 2 weeks!!!!!
what do i do?!?!?!??!?!
