please help, i am applying 4 a peer sexuality support team at school, but I dont know what to write?

the pssp team is made up of students who help other stuents deal with their sexual and relationship problems ie.if theyre gay or are being pressured into having sex, and help them make good decisions ect. I want to be in the team because I think it will look good on my university entrance application but i cant really say that, so what should I say? thankyou
