Begin by picking which pill you want to drop first. Well that is if you have a scheduled doseage. What kind of doctor keeps this script filled anyway? It may be easier to drop the morning pill because you will surely be busy with the children at that time. Do this for about one week. Then drop another pill until finally you only have one to go.
