My little sister uses my computer and she downloaded this toolbar, called a i-dressup and it's really ruining my browser (google chrome is my browser) and I can't get rid of it. I even went on the i-dressup website and followed the instructions which were to delete it via control panel but it wasn't in programs in control panel and now i'm stuck with this hideous toolbar that is crashing my computer and has slowed down my facebook, how can I get rid of it?

The toolbar only appears on google chrome, not internet explorer but google chrome is my fave browser as it is quick&easy for my computer.
