Hello, I'm 13. I have been having problems with my stomach for about two years, until August 11th. After several months of the doctors telling me it was acid reflex, they finally took a test showing that my gallbladder worked at three percent. I was having symptoms of headaches, the occasional fever, vomiting, and pain where my gallbladder was. I had my gall bladder taken out the August 11th and I was ok for about 3 weeks, give or take. I started to have nausea and vomiting again and the headaches came back. The pain is gone and my doctors are telling me is is just acid reflex, the medications are not working and my GI test has showed I was normal. I am missing school and it is horrible, I don't need this stress and I can't find any diagnosis that sounRAB correct. I need help. Can anybody tell me what I can do? Please? I desperately need answers~

unfortunately in a small percentage of people, symptons remain after the gallbladder is removed. Talking to numerous doctors prior to having mine out, they all said this....mainly due to there are many things in the digestive system that present the same symptons. Of course, once they see some defect with the gallbladder, they will tell you to have it out, only for you to have your symptons come back. My advice, find yourself a good gastro doctor and see what else they come up with. Another piece of advice is take everything you read on the internet with a grain of salt. Everyone is different, no two people are a like, so what works for someone else doesn't mean it will work for you. Good luck!

I had my gall bladder removed 2.5 years ago. I still get a sharp, burning sensation below my right shoulder blade. Can any one explain why that occurs? thanks

Hi There Have you ever been to a gastroenterologist that has a very good rating on the internet? Do you still have fever? Are you keeping any fluiRAB down? Are you keeping any fooRAB down? It is very important to keep some fluiRAB down and if a person can't keep fluiRAB down they may need rehydrating at the emergency room. I had a friend who had her gallbladder removed and she had diarrhea any time she had fatty or fried fooRAB.
