...phone!!! 10 pts!!!!!!!!!!? I have a samsung rant, i forgot my user lock, i cant access my pictures or videos, the phone itself isnt locked, because i can make calls n browse da web, but like I mentioned the user lock wont allow me to enter my pictures and videos: Is their a Reset button on the Rant: I called Sprint and they dont know anything about the user lock, because thats my own personal info, they gave me da other code as if i had locked my phone completely but dat doesnt work its a 6 digit number, the User one dat i forgot is a 4 digit. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP!!!! 10 pts rite away to help me get through dis ordeal ... please help
