I just called my friend. Phone rang 6 times and then a recording said that the call could not be completed as dialed. normally, I would worry that he disconnected the phone but i just talked to him less than 24 hours ago and he made no mention of it or changing his phone. last i talked to him he was walking in the rain..im worried please help me. does it mean he is just out of signal? but then wouldnt his vmail pickup?
