So I did all the steps needed, installed mods (packages) into the Sims 3 with framework, winrar, monkey helper, and everything necessary. What I don't understand is that it won't show up in-game and in the launcher!!!
I don't know why, I am already working my butt off here for the last THREE hours and I still can't find a way! Please help. People keep saying to look in the launcher under downloaded content and installed content! I already have the resource.cfg and don't know what to do with it except put it in a specific place somewhere.
