please help financial crisis,what can i do,do i have any options? so scared....?

hi everyone~im sure like alot of people out there i have a severe fiancial crisis going on,ive become so stressed and depressed about it that i just cant cope anymore,i have so many bills due that i cant pay credit card bill that racked up so much interest ,car insurance,house repairs hopsital bills,electricity bills,i am under severe pressure i am on a fixed income and can barely afford food shopping yet alone all my financial troubles,but they are thousands and i cannot get a loan as i am out of work and have no means as repayment,but i need to do something urgently,i do own a house but i cannot get a morgage on it as i am not working full time,any thoughts and advice on what i can do any ways of tackleing this before i get in alot of trouble thanks so much in advance x
