please help emergency with fish?

ok please help. just bought a red devil and before i put the devil in i did a water change. now after one hour after puttin the devil in 2 of my perfectly healthy goldfish died and my rainbow shark is nealy dead after i had them for about a year but the devil is fine? wat is happenin only a small amount of ammonia 0.25 which is lower then before, temp right everytrhin right wat has happened please please please help
