I live in Guam USA due to military orders and I have recently orderd a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie. The problem is they cant locate one in the color I despretly want.(electric blue) To some color might not make a difference but I have waited to buy the truck of my dreams for a very long time and I am spending ALOT of money on this truck so i want to be happy with it and love every bit of it. And i did find the truck in the color I want but its in the states at a different dealership. and my dealer told me that It has to be straight from the factory because that is the only people they go through. So i Really need to locate the factory itself.
TO answer "lover not a fighter"'s question I wanted to know where it was so that I could look it up and possibly get a contact number Every major company has a customer service that does deal with consumers. I think that if I go to them direct then maybe they could help me out, and I would have a better chance of finding what im looking for. Dealers here are not the same as they are in the mainland sometimes you just have to take matters into your own hands to get things done. Sometimes by going directly to the company instead of through someone else it is just better. So Let me revise my question "does anyone know how to contact the dodge factory?
