please help court trouble?

ok recently me and this boy caused some mischeif outside of school well mainly him i was just there we wernt exactly good mates just hung around together that once he has always been a trouble maker ect.. but not the situation got really bad and i had to go to court now hes really mad because i 'grassed' on him he is atm excluded from our school for other reasons but is coming back in setember (new school year) and everyone has been saying to me hes going to beat me up ect i know he hates me and that he wants to beat me up but what can i do because i can avoid him outside of school but when im in school and in the same classroom as him im stuck arnt i, please help just explain what i can do im really scared i dont want to get beaten up. (note he is very strong and im not strong and he is alot bigger and stronger than me)
yes but then he will want to beat me up if i make him change schools.
 
You may think that this way is the "babyish" way to go,
but trust me, you'll be grateful in the end for making this decision:
TELL A TEACHER!
I know there's a "no snitch" rule in school (lol I'm a teenager myself), but you'll get hurt pretty bad if you say nothing! He can get taken care of by an adult and you can breathe easier in life! Or you can try this way: Tell him in his face to not stay around you anymore, and if he starts being aggressive, don't hang around him anymore.

Real men (I'm assuming you're a guy) can face any challenge in the face without being scared. Just FACE HIM LIKE A MAN and tell him to stop. He may stop because he'll see that you're not scared of him. Bullies only hurt people who are weaker- but if you gather some courage, he'll beat it.

There's no other ways to solve this. Either tell a teacher or face him like a man. Good luck.
 
Go to court and see if you can get a restraining order against him (probably would also require him to change schools).
