I'm a new teen driver, ill be getting my license soon. I wanna buy a new car thats under $10,000, if possible. I can go a lil higher if i need to. A used car would be okay, as long as nothing is wrong with it. Does anyone know any good places to look for really safe cheap cars for new drivers? Please only answer if you know, i wanna start looking asap. thanks!
