I have several problems I need help identifying, a few of which are probably related, though maybe not, so please bear with me. And I understand if the Mods have to move my thread.
Firstly, Hip problems. If I sit for any more than 20 minutes and then stand up I feel a very sharp pain in my hips which, quite literally, forces me to sit back down. Pops regularly causing a slight uncomfortable pain every time. They often hurt when overused, ie standing/walking/running for long periods of time.
Secondly, Shoulder problems. constant grinding, popping and clicking, even when doing simple tasks like reaching up or to the side. If I lay on either side it feels/sounds as if my shoulder dislocates, though it's not that painful at all, it just pops or "sinks" into place. That's what it feels like at least..
Thirdly, Lower back pain. More specifically on the lower-right side. At least once every two days that side will suddenly and painfully throb for about 30 seconds and then it goes away. This started about 3 weeks ago.
Fourthly, Jaw popping. The right jaw joint pops loudly and uncomfortably at times when I open my mouth. I can hear crunching/grinding sounds on that side when I open and close my mouth or when I chew food.
Fifthly, Ears ringing. happens randomly and lasts for about 20-30 seconds. Sometimes it's just the left ear, sometimes just the right, sometimes both. Also, several times over the last four years I have experienced a popping sound and I can all of the sudden hear myself breath very loudly and uncomfortably. (I have a deviated septum if that means anything)
Sixthly, achy joint pain in my hands, neck, and all up and down my spine. It's quite uncomfortable and am constantly affected by it. Pain seems to go away if I stop using the joints.
Lastly, Lower abdominal pains. Started when I was young, around 10 or 11 years old. Very sharp and very painful throbs in the pit of my stomach. As a kid this happened at least once every two days. Had an upper GI done but they found nothing. Docs said the pain could be caused by "stress", though I don't remember being "stressed" as a kid. Anyways, the pains became more infrequent and less painful for 9 years until recently. This happened again about a month ago. The pain was excruciating and immobilizing. I have had inconsistent bowel movements my entire life it seems. Sometimes it'll be normal, sometimes I'll have diarrhea, sometimes after eating three large meals I'll excrete hardly anything.
Any help is appreciated,
-Josh
