...motherboard i should get? PLEASE can someone tell me if this is a good gaming rig and what motherboard i should get?

Its supposed to be a gaming PC and i want to be able to overclock and set up the PC easily. Also would you recommend a higher PSU, the recommend one for the gtx 285 is 575w? Will it run games well?

this pc is very good
GeForce is NVIDIA it's made to play:)
Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 3.16GHz (3.16GHz is very high for dual core)
