okay, so ive been working at this pub since september and since the day i started, the lanladys brother (who is 19) has been constantly flirting with me. It got to the point where he would cornor me and tr and touch me and pull at my trousers. He used to follow me around the pub and grab my arse and touch me whenever possible. Eventually i gave it to him, and 'went out with him' This lasted approx 9 days, i didnt like him like that at all, and i couldnt give into him anymore. We didnt do anything sexual, just kissed.
Since breaking up, he hassled me everyday on facebook, sending me messages asking me to take him back. And everytime i worked at the pub, he would constantly follow me around asking me to take him back and he would keep touching me. I constantly told him to get the fuck off me, and he would just laugh.
I finally spoke to the lanlady about this (his sister) and she said he would speak to him. Nothing really happened though.
Not only this, but the lanlady has fired me, and said it was beacuse of what happened between me and her brother and because i was 'unreliable'
She said i was unreliable because she told my parents i wasnt turning up for work when i actually turned up every single shift. She then changed her story and said i wasnt staying for my full shit, and that i would only stay for about 15 mins which is a total LIE.
Can i take these people to court for both these reasons?
Please answer with any information as i am at a loss of what to do
