Please help anyone else have prego test done at WIC?

I got a prego test at the WIC office (women,infant,children). It said i was pregnant and i don't know how accurate there tests are. Has anyone else got one from Wic and if so was it correct?
 
you're best taking another in a couple of days anyway.
they are like 96% accurate. if not more
 
I didn't know they did tests there. My local office doesn't. They ask you to bring in proof of pregnancy.

But pregnancy tests are pretty accurate. If they say you're pregnant, you are.
 
it doesn't matter where you take a test, a test is a test and if it says you are pregnant, then you are. but then if you are doubting go get another test done. but just have in mind that is very VERY rare for a test to show a fake positive!!!!!!!!!!!
 
i know where i lived in texas if you go to the clinic they do a pregnancy test and then give you a paper for WIC that says you are pregnant. i guess if you go to wic without going to the clinic or doctor first then they will give a test and if it says you are pregnant then you are pregnant. they are the same ones they use in clinics and doctors offices.
 
they are pretty accurate, wic office test are done buy nurses and are accepted buy local medicaide offices as being cvalid i have had a test done there, showed positive and i am pregnant my friend has had a couple and both positive and both times she was pregnant
 
Never heard of that before....but it would make sense they wouldn't want to waste time getting paper work done!
