please help addicted to antihistamines

i have found my self addicted to antihistamines. i feel so stupid but i also suffer from adhd, i feel normel when i take them. but started to jerk in my sleep and breathing problems i am ashamed of my self, becouse im always trying to feel normal. i have also been diagnosed with major depressive dissorder.can someone help me
 
im dependant on benadryl but not addicted, its an antihystamine but OTC, i need it to sleep, that is the final thing i want to come off of. my goal is to be not dependant on anything, dont feel ashamed, u can do it
