please give a better composition of frame of car?

we have planned to use 1018 cast iron alloy, the overall weight of the frame is 45 kg but how to reduce the weight to 20 or 22 kg by altering the composition of the material used for frame.
aluminium alloy -less weight but costly moreover welding is difficult
stell alloys -more weight
could u please explain something more
