Please don't answer if you are going to judge me. I really need advice on birth control?

I live in Utah I'm 17 and I want birth control. I haven't gone to planned parent hood yet but I heard you can't get birth control without parental permission. What should I do? I really need advice. I wanna be safe about this. Please don't answer if you are going to judge me... I'm already embarassed for asking...
