...$80,000 to an ACORN subsidiary, so ? why does their FEC reporting show $832,598?

This was for "get out the vote" efforts in OHio, link: http://www.pittsburghlive.com/x/pittsburghtrib/news/election/s_584284.html

"The Ohio primary was March 4. According to FEC records, the Obama campaign paid Citizens Services Inc. $832,598.29, from Feb. 25 to May 17"

"An Obama spokesman said Federal Election Commission reports would be amended to show Citizens Services Inc. -- a subsidiary of ACORN -- worked in "get-out-the-vote" projects, instead of activities such as polling, advance work and staging major events as stated in FEC finance reports filed during the primary. "

The way I heard it, the Obama campaign didn't give any money directly to Acorn, but put $800,000 into a more general get out the vote fund which gave $80,000 to Acorn and the rest to other registration drive programs.

Obama does nothing but lie. They lied to the FEC originally about what the expense was for until the FEC called them on it.

Because they know he can say whatever he wants and get a free pass from the media who won't report it.

I tell you what...

The Obama camp is better than Karl Rove ever thought about being...

Spin spin spin....

Lie lie lie
