J Joey New member Jun 3, 2010 #4 The area of a shere is 4/3*Pi*r^3, where r is the radius of the sphere. so 5000 = 4/3*Pi*r^3 so r = Cube root[(5000*3)/(4*Pi)] (which is approximately 10.6)
