I'm thinking of getting either one of these two cars for my first car, but I find it so hard to decide. My brother reccommended them both and said they are both good in price (fuel and service wise) and the engines good and look good. etc..

Due to my budget [ less than $10,000] I'm going for a used model.

If you own either one of those [keep in mind they have to be OLDER than 2000 model] can you tell me about the perfromance, pros and cons etc. please?

Here's an idea of the ones I want:

Toyota CELICA 1995:

Honda PRELUDE 1997:

Also which model is the best in your opinion. For either cars?

Any other input or links on these cars would be really helpful.

TIA!!

Tough one, I actually own a Honda esi.. but i have friends who own a celica and a prelude... both cars are okay, but I'd go with the Celica.. toyota engines are good, and what i've noticed with honda cars, they consume gas a bit faster. but then the honda is a 97 model and the celica is 95 hehe.. but I'll just go with the Celica. don't worry both cars are equally good.. if you can, why don't you just test both cars first and see which one gives you more comfort driving..
