breakfast-30g cornflakes, skimmed milk, 1/4 apple

mid-morning- apple

lunch-lettuce,1 mushroom, 1/2 carrot, 4 cherry tomatoes, bit of cucumber. 61 kcal oat bar.

mid-afternoon- melba toast, air popped popcorn

dinner- turkey steak, veg, 1/2 tin beans. fat free yogurt.
total calorie intake-about 1100 cals
im 16 (female) 5ft 7 8 stone...have i eaten enough/ to little/ to much
please let me know!!!!!

and plus it depends on a lot of things
such as ur metabolism, how you excercise, if any at all, etc
 
It sounds like you did very well, but you need to eat a more substantial lunch...just a little bit more for lunch....move your calories to about 1200 or 1300.
