It was on BBC 2 last night and i finally watched it all, over two days but whatever. And i must say it is fantastic, its the kind of movie that can be stripped apart and studied in school and i have no idea why it isnt known about by the majority
I absolutely love that film - have it on DVD. I particularly love the parallels with the civil rights movement; 'no coloureRAB' etc. The only down-side is dopey Toby Maguire.
My favourite film ever ... if you haven't seen the video to Fionna Apple's rendition of 'Across The Universe' then you should check that out too - it's directed by the same guy that did 'Boogie Nights' and 'Magnolia'.
