Ok i received this ticket from this officer who was in a rush and really rude. He was talking harshly and wrote me a ticket in a hurry and then sped off. I am 100% positive i was not speeding, actually going slow. How can i assure that i for sure will be found not guilty. Will a witness help? Is it too late to do a written trial(only because i heard this is the best way. I was told this was the best way because officers get paid to go to court, and not to write back to a written trial. Also if i was found guilty from the written trial i can have another appearance trial. Like i said i am not sure if it is too late to do this. Please let me know what you guys know about this, and thanks a lot.
