Plea for injunction - How do you plea before the judge at the high court?

I am asking the court to give me an order of injunction against my mother 73, sister, 31 and brother 47. Folks i have spoken to say it is difficult to get court orders for that specially when both the parties have to be present and the family acts nice and sweet in front of the judge.
How does one plea before the judge?
The police told me not to use the word psychological evaluation for my mom in front of the judge as most likely the judge will be of the same age of my mom and will be really considerate of her.

Little does the judge know that behind that age of 71, this woman can be the most cruelest human being out there. I know it as she threw me out along with the son (2 at that time) when i asked her for my bank and financial accounts.
I was provided a lawyer by the police but she has absolutely no clue. In fact she is the one who asked me to go to the courts myself and ask for Injunction.
I have a long term lawfirm that used to represent me for other things but they said injunctions are very expensive and complex and will cost me arm and a leg.
I had my court hearing today with the defendants coming in. The judge ruled in my favor but considering her age of 71, the judge asked her to sign a sort of promissory note that she will not be harrassing me nor coming in close to me nor repeating the same fake breakin that she has done in my absense.

For other readers, I went to the court myself and applied for it myself without the use of a attorney.

Now I have to use the same form against my brother and sister.
